Otter Flying Feathers 4-H

Otter Flying Feathers has been in the Langley 4-H district since 2009.

Our club offers Poultry, Gardening, Cloverbuds, non livestock projects (Craft and sewing for example) and Junior Leader/Self determined projects.

We meet one Friday evening a month from January to June and September to November.

In addition to raising their projects at home, The members learn about Parliamentary Procedures, Governance, business meeting etiquette, and record keeping.

They also participate in various Communication events throughout the spring such as Public Speaking, Demonstrations, Education Displays and Judging (Critical Thinking) Skills.

In June/July we do a poultry showmanship and bathing preparation for the fairs we attend through out the summer. We hold our annual achievement day mid September and then celebrate our year end as a club in November.
